Q. What's my first step in using my Vacation Premium?
A. The first step towards premium usage is immediate registration of the premium. This can be done online or by calling our Reservation Department. After registration, you have the option to proceed with booking your dates or you can wait to book at a later date. We do encourage you to book inside of 30 days from the registration date in order to obtain the best availability. Travel must be completed within one year from the date of registration.

Q. Why is a refundable deposit required?
A. All of our vacation premiums contain a $50 refundable ($100 in Mexico) room deposit that is only due at time you make your reservation and receive your travel dates. This is necessary in order to guarantee your accommodations availability for your date of arrival. This deposit will be returned to you following check-in at the destination Welcome Center.

Q. What type of accommodations can I expect during my vacation?
A. All of our vacation premium users can expect to stay in quality hotels that are part of our network of Preferred Partner Hotels. All of these accommodations are rated 3-star or better.

Q. How many people can I bring?
A. Most vacation premiums are for two adults 21 years or older and up to two children under the age of 18. Certain destinations will be subject to different restrictions or charges related to additional travelers. Our Reservations Department will clarify based on destination choice.

Q. Do I have to purchase anything?
A. You're under absolutely no obligation to purchase anything in order to participate in this promotional premium offer.

Q. What if I have to re-schedule?
A. If you need to re-schedule, notify us at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your refundable room deposit.

Q. Are pets allowed?
