This TakeMeOnVacation Premium is sponsored by Great Vacation Destinations, Inc. (“GVD”) and is only available to U.S. residents, age 21 or over. It entitles the recipient to two nights of hotel lodging for two (2) adults and up to two children under the age of 18 (except in Las Vegas where a 3rd and 4th occupant surcharge will apply) at one of the locations described on the certificate, subject to availability and certain restrictions listed below. Husband and wife, or cohabitants living together, must travel together, to use this Vacation Premium. |

You must register this Vacation Premium online at www.takemeonvacation.com or by calling our Reservations Department at 1-800-864-7083 between 9am and 9pm EST Monday - Friday. |

If you register your Vacation Premium online, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation of your registration with your personal account number. If you register by telephone, you will receive written confirmation of your registration with your personal account number in the mail within ten (10) business days. Please keep your personal account number in a safe place as you will need to present it to our Reservations Department when you book your reservation dates. |

All accommodations are subject to the availability or room allotments, and destination areas are subject to change without notice. Holidays are excluded. Certain peak times and locations may be extremely limited. Therefore, GVD requires an alternate date of travel to be given. Sunday through Wednesday check-in only. Weekend stays may be subject to a surcharge. |

A $50.00 refundable room deposit ($100 for Mexico) will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and travel dates. |

We must receive your reservation request at least 45 days in advance of your requested travel dates. When your reservation request is confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation with your directions and check-in times. Do not book non-refundable airline flights, or purchase airline tickets, until you have received your reservation confirmation letter from GVD |

Notice of cancellations or changes to a confirmed reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days prior to arrival or no shows will result in forfeiture of your refundable room deposit. |

To reschedule your reservation date, there is a $15.00 reschedule charge. |

Your written confirmation letter and two forms of identification (Driver's License and a major credit card) must be presented upon check-in. An imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges and taxes is required. |

This Vacation Premium is for hotel accommodations only and does not include air or ground transportation, taxes, meals and any other miscellaneous expenses. Sorry, no pets. GVD, its agents, assignees, designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, cancellations or interruptions due to acts of nature, war, terrorism, God, or acts otherwise beyond GVDs control, accidents, injuries or damages to persons, property, loss of life, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided. |

Two or more Vacation Premiums may not be used concurrently. This Vacation Premium cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. |

This Vacation Premium is not valid for groups, or for persons attending a convention. |
| 13. |
Travel must be completed within one year from the date of registration. |
| 14. |
Registrants of this Vacation Premium may be offered additional travel opportunities. |

This Vacation Premium is not intended for resale to end users. |
